Shimadaya Sanuki Fresh Udon (250g x 5pc)

One of Japan's top three popular udon types, Sanuki Udon is firm and chewy. It goes great in soups, curries, and stir-fry. 

1. Put frozen udon into boiling water and cook for 1 minute
2. Drain the udon and serve with your favorite preheated soup stock

• The frozen udon may also be cooked by putting directly into boiling broth then simmer until heated
